Synopsis

In this brochure, Mr. Masahito Sakamoto provides an in-depth overview of the development of the exlibris genre in world and Ukrainian art. It also features a collection of Ukrainian exlibris (after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine) by Japanese collector Mr. Masahito Sakamoto, with comments from artists and the author's thoughts. In addition, it contains interesting articles by Ukrainian artists Anna Voituk on the comparison of the works of Taras Shevchenko and Rembrandt, and Mariana Myroshnychenko on the secrets of creating bookplates.
